At StrivN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at Support@Strivn.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items or clearance products.

Gift cards.

Items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before the refund posts.
