  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order size and destination.


3. International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–16 business days after processing, depending on location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • StrivN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Shipping Issues

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

  • StrivN is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
